Meet The Team

Audiologists

Janet Kingman

Audiologist

After graduating, Janet and her husband Gregory immigrated to Australia at the end of 1991. Janet started working part-time at Gippsland Audiology Services in 1992, until eventually ‘retiring’ from speech therapy in the mid 1990’s and working solely as an audiologist.

Although Janet enjoys all aspects of audiology she’s involved in, she particularly relishes the challenge of selecting the right hearing aids to suit the right people, based on their hearing needs and preferences, and then working with clients to make sure that they’re satisfied with the results. She is a stickler for detail, so don’t see Janet if you’re looking for short-cuts! She also enjoys testing children, and winning the shy ones over so that she can be rewarded with a smile or a giggle at the end.

In her spare time Janet edits a monthly Catholic newsletter.
